40k just transferred warhammer fantasy to a dark scifi-scenario...imho one which beats each and every other one (star wars, star treck, etc) by miles.
Ok. I thought 40k was around before that. Like I said, it just happened to have been something I read online. Figured I'd ask here to see if there was any truth to it. Thanks for the info. Also, how was I fooled? I never said I believed it. I came here to ask.
Ok. I searched through my history in an attempt to find where I heard this, and I was wrong about reading it somewhere. I heard it in this video about the movie. Here is a link to the part of the video where he mentions it. Like I said, I didn't just automatically believe it to be true. That's why I came here to ask the fans that know more about the series than I do.
I tried linking it right at the spot where he talks about Warhammer, but it didn't work. So I'll link the vid, and then you just gotta jump to about 11:08 play it from there. https://youtu.be/aR3hfLz5LhE?t=668
Skip to approx. 11:08
And btw, the movie is good, even if it has nothing to do with wh40k.
It's cool bro. I thank you for the info. =) And I agree. It's a pretty twisted movie. Kinda reminds me a bit of H.P. Lovecraft.
You're so cool. Can I be your friend? Please? I'll even give you the hugs that your mommy never did.
Incidentally Event Horizon also works perfectly as a 40k movie - a prequel set during the time Humans are just inventing Warp travel and haven't figured out they need Gellar Fields yet.
How was I "fooled"? I never said that I believed it. I came here to find out if it was true. Explain to me how simply reading the info "fooled" me.
That had to have been my son. I'll rub his nose in it. lol
