Later on I would recommend maybe upgrading your characters a bit - perhaps switch out the Blacksmith with the Busker, take the Herbalist over the Minstrel, etc. Maybe avoid Woodcutter and Trapper as they are kind of weak at the moment.
But his passive gets compeletely made redundant by a herb...

I was playing earlier and thinking how awesome Scholar's refocus ability is too, that character might be a better choice than Herbalist, Party Heal is an easily acquirable ability and Find Herbs is overrated and only works during the day.
This in my opinion is the best party to beat the game with, the rest of the characters are hard pressed to swap out any of those guys. Not sure if that guy recommended that party cause he tried it, but I have a post up that shows me beating normal with that party lineup.
Just remember the busker always entertains as long as you know its conditions.
