CL#273254 Uranium Node Cannot Place a Miner on Node

I have all Phase, Milestone and Research complete. I am at a Uranium Node. I can manually mine Uranium Ore. I can mine it with a Portable Miner. When I try to place a Modular Miner Unit on the node I get a message as follows; "No knowledge about these ore .... More research needed first!" and The game does not allow me to place it. I have started new game, tried again to the same result. Also, my scanner does NOT have a scan for Uranium Ore. I cannot think of anything further to try, need some suggestions. I have the game on Steam but I launch the game using A Mod Manager (not steam).

Have you tried deactivating your mods?

Are you using SF Plus? There's no nuclear power in that mod yet.

Actually, maybe you're not cos you'd be dying with no hazmat suit.

Edit 2: You are on SF+. You posted on it's Discord. That explains why you're getting that message. There's no nuclear power in SF+ yet.
