Blurry/Pixelated signs after load save

I do not know exactly what causes this, because SOME of my signs work correctly, but most of my signs turn pixelated when I load a save game. If I change the 'Emission' setting on a blurry sign to any of the other three (the four options being OFF, 1, 2, 3), any of those other settings will remain sharp and clear... until I reload a save game. Then whatever the sign is set at will be the blurry/pixilated one, and I'd have to change the emission of the sign to get a clear picture.

Anyone else experience this?

I'm running an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 (Max Q)

I've tried verifying my game files
I've tried clearing my shader cache

Any ideas?

It's an old bug since U8 in early access. Upvote this post and pray they fix it at some point:
