Can't find dismantle crates

Was deleting stuff around my factory and I've just noticed I have tons of dismantle crates icons everywhere. I had plenty of space in my inventory and I cannot for the life of my find them, I can only assume they're underground. Anyone have any idea how to either delete the crates or icons?

Could even right click on 'em and say, raise them by about 10.000 - easier to find them in the air than underground. :)
