High FPS but constant stuttering after 1.0 update
Hey, got a weird problem. I'm playing on an RTX 2070 Super and a Ryzen 5600X with 32 GB RAM. Game is installed on an SDD.

I have game mode on in Windows 11 and the game is set to high performance mode on my system. With Ultra settings, GI off, Gsync on, Vsync off (Framerate capped to 144), and DLSS set to Quality, I'm getting between 90 - 105 FPS (according to Steam's FPS overlay), but it doesn't feel smooth, there are constant microstutters after the latest update.

Anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

Are you using DirectX 11, 12, or Vulkan?

Do you have geforce experience overlay turned on? I was getting awful microstutter when I had instant replay turned on.

OMG this was it!! I didn't have instant replay on, but I disabled the overlay altogether and it's smooth as butter. I also just got a notification for a new driver update this morning, so idk if that had anything to do with it. Either way. thank you!

I wanted to follow up with my own experience, because this thread did help me quite a bit. I have a AMD RX 6750 XT, and immediately after downloading, I was experiencing constant choppiness, entirely unplayable. I turned off the Radeon Anti-Lag setting in the Adrenaline interface (accessed by Alt+R). Instantly fixed the problem.
