and im getting "missing file privileges"
after the 1st gb's download. I cant install any further.
Have you restarted your computer? Are drivers and windows up to date? Try running steam as administrator. Delete the steam Cache. See if any of these help.
Did you clear your steam cache after deleting mods before reinstalling?? Might help.

I delete Steam from the name file so now is FactoryGame.exe
How I delete the launch game through steam ?
if I launch from steam library after changing the name I had the error misisng file executable
if I launch from the \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Satisfactory, they restart 2 time and the same error that in the begining and the file FactoryGameSteam.exe is recreated.
so, for sure there is a step that I am missing.
Open your Steam App and go to your Library.
Right-click on the Satisfactory and select Properties.
In the Geral tab, type “-dx11” in the launch options field.
Reset the Steam app and start the game.
