can't remove specific "tree" in purple alien forest

there is this small tree with a bulb on top in the purple forest that can't be removed with nobelisks or explosive rebar. I tried multple trees and hitting multiple spots with no luck.

you can easily find many examples of them by the gysers east of the grassy plains pit (entrance to the purple forest).

Some trees and foliage you cannot remove.

this one in particular there are many of and it is fairly large (8-12 meters high?).

similar issue happened in previous update in the red forest and they later made them removable
