Network Error - UNet Connection Timed Out - Workaround
So, do you have many hours in a multiplayer session where either a single or multiple clients seem to get stuck in a loading loop when rejoining? Does it show that the client joins on the hosts side? After many hours I found a work around that worked for me after many hours and many attempts to find the problem.

Host a fresh session of the saved game. Once the client joins the host needs to go find the client in game. It's easier if they join to locate them via compass, but still works if you can find them while they are offline and sitting. It's just harder for them to locate the new crate you are about to make afterwards. Kill them. Don't revive them. Then kill them until the crate spawns. They should now load in. VERY IMPORTANT: THE CLIENT CANNOT TOUCH THE CRATE. All is not lost though. Just have the host empty the crate onto the ground or another container. Once they have gathered their belongings. Click save as you don't want to do it again. Works from here, but I recommend refressing the session.
