Using the wrong GPU (Not using the Windows Graphics setting)
Satisfactory seems to be doing something on my second GPU when I would expect it would not touch it. Launching the game spikes my second GPU to 100%

My setup:
Geforce RTX 3080
RTX 2080 TI in an eGPU

Both of my monitors are plugged into the 3080. The 2080 is solely there for encoding and other workloads outside of the game.

In graphics settings in Windows 11 my 3080 is set as the default GPU. I even tried the executable "Satisfactory\FactoryGameSteam.exe" and "Satisfactory\Engine\Binaries\Win64\FactoryGameSteam-Win64-Shipping.exe" under graphics settings in Windows and specifically choosing my 3080 and it is still using my 2080. I can also confirm that I see satisfactory under the 2080 in the GPU Activity.

I don't have this issue with any other game I have tried so I don't think its a misconfiguration of Windows, unless it is just satisfactory not respecting this particular Windows setting? But there is no option in game to tell it which graphics card to use.

Right now this makes the game unplayable for me since the task my 2080 normally does is now competing for resources and I really don't want to have to reconfigure everything just for one game, and then change it back.

Edit: I am also curious if this is the reason that OBS is giving me a black screen whenever I try to point game or window capture at Satisfactory.
