Что вы наделали, вражеские дети???!! вы нагло заявляете, что для игры достаточно видеокарты amd 450!! У меня amd550 и 16 ГБ оперативной памяти, а игра не идет ни в хвост, ни в гриву!!! What are your full hardware specs (CPU, GPU, RAM)?
Can you post the crash log here?

Minimum requirements has changed since update 8, the game now requires gtx 1050 ti or rx 470 which is actually much faster than the gtx, but both are 4gb vram cards, that could be the first issue since the rx 550 has 2gb.

Your CPU is too old for the game. You need to upgrade it.
