If it crashes every few hours then it's fairly normal, especially if your save is large. The devs said in a video that they fixed lots of crashing issues for the 1.0 release.
I see you have dual graphics cards - MAKE SURE the game actually use the dedicated one. Most often the game/Windows will use the igp and then the gpu (like 0 comes before 1), which means also going into Windows power management and graphics settings, and check to see there are no limiting factors.
Also, if video editing and recording with OBS f.ex. is a must then I would just get as much RAM as possible (I have 32GB and it's plenty for me, but I'm considering Star Citizen also so I'm thinking of going up to 64 at least).

It's actually not fairly normal that it crashes every few hours. I've been playing since 2020 with Radeon 480, 470 and now 580 (so has many others), and I've had just a handfull of crashes, most from when I forgot to close my vm's and it went out of memory, either literally or due to the Windows fast paging bug.
