Frame freeze when game/window in focus
(I haven't seen the bug posted yet, so excuse me if it was already addressed.)

As soon as a I start the game or tab in the frame freezes. The first freeze comes on the loading screen after a few spins.

It's still starting though. It runes great as long as it's in the background. Sound works as well and I can use the menu items but just don't see what I'm doing. Since I don't get any error I don't really know where to start.

I tried:
- changing windowed to full-screen and different fps settings
- scanning the game files for errors
- starting the game without steam

I tried clicking around for a while and I seem to have found a fix. In the game, go to Options>Video>Full Screen and change the setting. I think mine was set to Full Screen and I changed it to Windowed Full Screen. It worked after that. I had to press the Windows button between clicks to refresh the screen. By going back to Full Screen, it seems cause the problem to turn back on.

Hope this helps.
