Meanwhile, always a good thing start a steam file check of your game install (right click in tile in steam, somewhere there's a file check option)
It will connect to download some game data for file verification (just few mb) and will take a bit to check files.on your drive... And eventually will download again files that are corrupted.
Pretty sure it is called "FactoryGame-Engine-Win64-Shipping.dll" which is getting blocked by Windows 11's smart app control feature for not being signed properly. And I'm not going to ever disable smart app control because if you do you can never turn it back on.
Guess I'll wait for them to push a fix before I can play the game again..
