I read somewhere that a temporary workaround is to not touch anything (keyboard+mouse) when it bugs and the game will eventually respond with the desired effect. Haven't tested that myself since I don't play multiplayer on this game, but I know that tends to work with network related bugs on other games. Don't see why Satisfactory should be any different.
