Number Keys not functioning after some Time in Game

Hello, I have a "bug"

After around 20 Minutes in Game the Game does not take Numbers anymore. Like when i build and press "3" for my Belt and so on and forth.
It just doesnt work anymore. When i tab out of the Game, this "3" for example functions without any issue.
I have no mods or anything and until today never had that issue. By now i had that Problem twice now, what forced me to shut the Game off.

No, i even tried to use different hotbars, but nothing worked.

Happens to me, too. Suddenly, Numbers (Shortcuts) don't work anymore and a couple minutes later, thy work again.

Same issue here, it goes away sometimes but also sometimes i have to restart the game

Sorry to necro this, but hopefully this helps anyone else with this issue:
This seems to happen to me after copy-pasting building settings, something about spamming ctrl+v seems to lock out the hotbar. Try copying or pasting some random building's settings, that unstuck whatever was going on and let me use the hotbar again.
