Saumsung 57" Odyssey Neo G9 7680x2160 Monitor doesn't display 3840x2160

I just purchased the new Samsung 57" Odyssey Neo G9.

I am running it in windowed mode and the 3840x1080 appears to be about 4 times larger than the 3840x2160. I am submitting a ticket to Satisfactory.

The game thinks the monitor is running 5120 x 1440 for some reason.

I wonder if the game even supports that Rez?
That monitor is brand new, and I believe it's the 1st to be two 4k monitors side by side in a single monitor. The best you might be able to get is 5120x1440
If you set it to that rez make sure you max the FOV at 120 and set the FPS FOV to 0.8
I'm using the older G9 (5120x1440@240) and that is what my display settings are at

wait... does windows detect the monitor right?
like is windows set to 7680x2160 correct?
Check the Monitor settings for PC/AV mode and make sure it's in PC mode
