Update 8; tilde key is 6 on azerty keyboard, remapping not working

On the previous updates, adding the following bit to your input.ini file remapped this, but now it is no longer working, does anyone have a solution for this? Preferably without running a 3rd party program. tnx in advance.

additionally; the ConsoleKeys could be ConsoleKey ,but neither works

Yeah with an Azerty keyboard only 1-3 are bindable and can be use. 4 to 0 don't work and 6 opens the console.
