Indestructible dark grey rocks.

There appear to be a lot of dark grey rocks added in update 8 that are entirely indestructible and cannot be removed. I have tried nobelisk and chainsawing nearby foliage to try and remove them but with no luck. A lot of these rocks are sticking out of the floor of my factories or have been placed directly in the path of truck route I use, causing collisions and hiccups in my logistics. Is this a known bug?

Yeah... and plants too. I hope they will look into it. It's a pain in the butt. Some of my routes are now littered with rocks that weren't there before and red plants all over one of my factories.
