20 FPS max
I'm at a loss. I can do and adjust what I want but I can't get over 20 FPS in the game. I have: Intel Core i9-9900k CPU 3.6GHz / 32Gb Ram / Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070. I can easily play many other games with high FPS. Only with Satisfactory do I not get over 20 FPS, which leads to constant stuttering. Can't find anything on YT or forums. No: It's not a problem with signs! It also doesn't matter if I set the graphics to low or high. Can someone please please help me Thanks!

Are you running stable or experimental branch?

No worries-- you provided sufficient info about your system, but yeah, U7 vs U8 is important also. Your hardware should have no problems running stable branch at 60 fps or faster.

What happens with your framerate if you start a new game?
Could you be using the iGPU on the Intel CPU and not your 2070 GPU?

In settings you can set max fps limit, may be there somehow was set 20 fps.
I set at my settings of 40 fps limit, it consumes less than 38 watts at 1660 ti and the temperature is around 65 degrees

Same on a new game.

The question is if the fps is capped by something (stable 20fps) or of it's the software/hardware acting up (fluctuating fps). If you do have a stable 20fps, it's most likely Nvidia that set your settings. Have you checked the Nvidia control panel?

Its gotta be somthing in your system. My rig is only a little better and I get 120 fps in a new save and can run 60fps in if I have a few hundred hours of building going on. Maybe your Power suplly is going bad or you drivers are out of date. On up date 7 you should be getting over 100 fps on a new save. You rig is only a slight bit less than mine.

Sure it's not running on the internal graphic?

Searching I found that the same thing happens to many people with different games/GPUs and the solution they find is the following:

Nvidia control panel (General or Custom for SF):
- V-Sync is on (half) (If the frame rate is between 40 and 59 it will be reduced to 20)
- Limit frames in active window is set to 20.
- GPU power is in power saving or adaptive.

Other possibilities:
- Go back to an old Driver.
- Verify that there is no other program like MSI AfterBurner, Reshade, etc... that could limit the performance.
- Change game API (DX 11/12/Vulkan)
- Reinstall the game.
- Verify that your GPU or Power Supply is not damaged.
- Check temperatures in other components, not only the GPU.

I hope some of this helps you.

They are working on it and there is an update to Unreal Engine 5.2 coming which should improve the situation as I understand it.
U8 doesn't run very well for me either.

You can forget about that. The game runs so badly with U8, no matter what you set it to, Ultra or Low.
or other Vsync I no longer use have G-Sync and without this it would be unplayable
