an unreal process has crashed ue4-factorygame

this is happening to me idk why
like i think its because of CPU but sometime i play like 4 hours and nothing happens
but sometimes i play the game for 1 min and it crashs
can someone help me?

you have posted on the wrong forum, but it would help if you posted all the crash log as well, have you checked you pc specs against them minimum needed for play'in the game..also try verify'in your files...make sure you have nothing running in the background....D3D11 is a graphics issue....u may have to turn your in game graphic settings down or depending on your graphics card you may need to try running DX12 to see if that works...

You need to clear your shader cache.
AMD software has a button for it.
Nvidia you have to google the process.

Have you found out that the unreal engine has been updated and installed it yourself , if so this is wrong , people who are more savvy than me will tell you that only the devs of a game should add an updated unreal engine , if you look at unreal forums you will see a lot of people saying the latest unreal is very unstable.

I update unreal engine on operencia and now i cant use it at all .

things to try ..... some of your settings to see if the same thing happens .
whilst the game is running use ctrl alt del to bring up the task manager and open the performance tab to see how hard your componants are working , keep it open on top of the game and just sit watching both screens whilst you wait for the crash , you might see a spike in performance just before a crash

bro i have lenovo laptop and it HAD two graphic card one nvidia and one intel
well nvidia is DEAD
so yeah my GPU cant handle games
