So after uninstalling I check the folder location and there was still some things left over after the uninstall. I deleted all that stuff and the root satisfactory folder under common. Rebooted.
Downloaded again, and now it starts up!! Well thanks everyone for the help!!!
Seems like there was some protected windows system files that was either missing or corrupted. SFC and dism should be run regularly. I'll leave it here for future reference:

Glad you got it figured out. This probably shouldn't have existed but has recently been a problem that I just keep forgetting about.
Sometimes I really wonder if you really read through the whole thread when you enter. ;P
Check post 15 again, SFC actually found and fixed a corruption in the system files. I didn't write that that necessarily was the root cause.
In any case, all is good. :D
