Nitric Acid Packaging

I've just noticed that Nitric Acid is packaged into plastic-based containers per the relevant recipe, but when unpackaged from the plastic-based container, the output empty container is an aluminum cylinder container. This feels like a supply chain rework glitch which makes closed-loop packaging cycles unsustainable.

After running the closed loop further, the returned empty containers (aluminum which came from the unpacked plastic) cannot be refilled because the packaging recipe calls for plastic for repacking.
