Solid Biomass stuck in Constructor intake belt...could not remove it without rebuilding the Constructor
I accidentally added solid biomass to the intake storage for my constructor which makes biomass then into solid biomass. The Constructor was unable to process the item as solid biomass is not used in any of the blueprints I have unlocked and I was unable to remove the item by pressing E as it just went into the menu for the Constructor. Is there any way to remove a "jammed" item?

Pretty sure you can drag any item out of constructors and assemblies. Be it ingredient or result.

It doesnt appear in the inventory....it is "stuck" in the entry port on the conveyor belt. Anything queued up behind it doesnt progress into the Constructor and you cannot remove it by picking it up as the "E" instigates the inventory menu for the Constructor. Try it yourself.....load in a Solid Biomass into a Constructor via a belt and see if you can remove it

Yeah, I guess that would be easier than rebuilding the Constructor 🤣. At least I know it's not just me this happens to. Thanks

Indeed, I'm facing the same issue as a beginner. Happens when feeding the wrong material into the constructor, something that's not in the processing blueprint as said earlier :-(

You can clear these blockages by removing the conveyor and adding it back again.

@everyone Tealc is right, just remove the conveyor. and replace it.

It is indeed targetable but it's kinda fussy. Much easier to delete the belt. The item comes with. Bonus, if there's a string of stuff on the belt you get it all in inventory. :104:
