can't look around with my mouse

when in game(not when in the menus) the only way i can look around is the left and right arrow keys. other than that, i got nothing. i want to keep the game, but this is a problem that if not fixed, breaks the game play. i have uninstalled and installed it again, but nothing changed, im going to try some other stuff to see if i can fix it, if i don't update this discussion it means i haven't found a fix and getting rid of the game. i won't to like it so please help me out here.

So mouse works in menu, but not ingame? Sounds like an issue with configs.

Are you running a multi monitor setup? The game has some issues with the mouse cursor running out of bounds.

Also could be a game controller/joystick plugged in.

Remove any unnecessary devices then relaunch the game and see if anything changes.

Same problem here. Mouse works fine in the menus, but nothing for mouse look. I have no other controllers hooked up.

All of sudden it works now. I ran it as admistator before, and disabled fullscreen optimizations, but this time i went to sameway FactoryGame.exe ---> Properties ---> Compability ---> Change settings for all users ---> and tick to ''disable fullscreen optimizations'', and ''Run this program as an administrator. Used to have ''green borders'' on right side and below of my screen, but now they are gone. Also did give me error about multiplayer earlier, but now its gone aswell.

Had the same issue - the green border is because the game has been sandboxed by the firewall (in my case, Comodo). After telling my firewall to trust the game, the green border was gone and it started responding to my mouse. Note that any saves or other config changes made while the game was sandboxed didn't "stick", i.e. I had to redo everything once I realised what was happening and ran the game in normal mode.
