Nope, the only buildable I found that can vertical nudge is the wall mounted flood light but that's to be expected. Even most wall mounted buildings nudge horizontally. Would be nice tho.

thnx, I see

Would be nice, but not at present state in the game. If you are using blueprints for building transport networks, always ensure you use the same foundation height, like 2m to avoid it not snapping properly to the next area.

And use the 'world grid' for alignment

It's stupid for them not to put in vertical nudging. Do they play their own game? I thought they did. Then they'd know why they need vertical nudging. Try to place down blueprints with a slope, from behind. You can't do it. So you have to put in some foundations under the end, then try to eye ball place the dam thing from the front. I just gave up on that, and built out slopped roads or w/e manually.

You mean you imperfectly built your road? That isn't up to the specifications of Ficit standards! Watch out for the inspector...

The easiest way to snap blueprinted slopes is to place a vertical stack of 1m foundations to the side of the placement and use that to adjust the height. The second easiest way is to have a blueprinted version for your straightaway at the same height as the top of the slope. Snap this blueprint to the side of the existing slope, extend it one blueprint forward, and then snap the slope to the side of that.

Thanks for the tips, but my point is you should not have to do any of this. All they had to do is add vertical nudging. Maybe it's too hard for them. I can't imagine what hell they had to go through to add horizontal nudging; oh the humanity!

The problem is the Satisfactory audience likes slow games where you have to redo things 10 times, without any QoL tools, to get it right. And padding out the playtime increases online counts, which makes the game look better, so why would the devs change what's working so well for them? It took 2.5 years to add Zoop, and people were happy that entire time.

I have normally been using the "Infinite Nudge" mod by Sir Digby that includes vertical nudge. It is currently broken in the 1.0 release though. Hoping it gets fixed :-)

He said on Discord that he is travelling right now, out of country, and will be back in few days and he should start updating his mods on/after Oct 16th.
