The only things that might be considered "armor" would be the gas mask and hazmat suit, since that protect you from toxic gas and radiation (as long as you carry a stack or more of the related filters in your inventory), you can use both of these at the same time too.

The Blade Runners increase your run speed and jump height a bit, the parachute allows for safe landings from large drops, the Jetpack helps with crossing gaps and going up ledges, and finally the Hoverpack allows for sustained flight as long as you are near active power connectors (either power poles or machines).
