Change the path on the shortcut to end like this"FactoryServer.exe -log -unattended"
Also the Files are DRM free you can just copy the server install Folder to a new machine if you don't want to run the server locally.
There Is a specific command tò do that.... With steamcmd

Yeah, but they own it and have the server downloaded, thru Steam, already...
No need to install SteamCMD to download it again, when you can just copy it or launch with a shortcut
If stream.alreasy installed you can execute ateamcmd and download the server and run It.
Anyway i reallt suggest referring on web Page inlinkednas It contains any answer yo any questione and option aboit a dedicates server (both Linux and Windows)
FactoryServer.exe -log -unattended -NoSteamClient
It will run even without Steam installed at all, just copy the directory as Fenix suggested.
