Build a blueprint designer.
Use it to make a blueprint, and then save it.
Open the build menu and click the blueprint tab.
Select you blueprint.
E will switch between default and blueprint modes.
Default is free placement, Blueprint mode snaps to other blueprints
Right click to place
The Blueprint arrow always points towards the Blueprint Designer bench (at least where it was during creation). So knowing that, I build blueprints so the arrow has meaning.
For multiple parts of a greater whole, the arrow points "north" (all the same way relative to each other). For manifolds, the arrow points towards the input side. Etcetera.
I'm guessing that's a mod.?. Does it also allow nudging up and down in elevation?
