Efficiency first achivement bug :/
I have do all Milestones but stay at 37/42 on steam :/

Achievements are not milestone based, they are achievement based, and you appear to be missing 5

This one literally is complete all 42 milestones, so yes it is.

I play in french maybe for that :/ nice work for 1.0 two achivement bug in french .... "Let's see what's out there" bug too ...
