walls flickering
I have giant Concrete Walls.. 100+ wide 100+ odd tall..ish or more, most of the time i can look at the walls and they flicker in and out of existence, slowly or rapid depending on where i aim the cursor, can see right though them. its a bit annoying. wonder if this is already a known bug.

I have the same problem with them. It happens every now and then and other times not at all.

Same here. Started seemingly after the latest update. I've found out it's somehow savegame tied. I have a save ~2 hours after the update and the issue is present on every building (all my factories are concrete). And the pre-update save doesn't show any signs of it, but I guess it's just a matter of time before it gets corrupted too. A damn shame. I was so into the game, but this ♥♥♥♥ is too annoying to just ignore. Will have to wait for a fix. ♥♥♥♥, I hope there will be one soon.

It was explained in one of the videos on YouTube, something with 'to much entities' on one spot or something. You can look it up, but they are aware and working on a fix

there is a specific spot outside, where the sky flickers. it seems to be the edge of some fog or mist that shrouds the area below. but the foundation on cliff level there... the sky flickers at times.

Enabling "Hierarchical Z-Buffer Occlusion" in video settings solves this issue for me.

Walls and foundations often flicker if there are 2 in the same spot. Try deleting the wall and seeing if one is still there.

Try changing the material of the walls - foundation to another style and then back again. This can fix the flickering. Its a trick I learned from watching tips and tricks videos.

walls, water, etc flickering... happens constantly... at least with FSR.

Does seem to happen less or not at all with DLSS but you suffer -40 fps for it at least on my system (5800x3d / 3060ti).

It seems the texture blocks, artifacts in water happen maybe because of some reflection off the space stationi up in the air... not sure.

For me on my friends server the concrete walls bug out when trying to delete or copy. They just don't delete and I can't build anything new on them, but I can run through them... When trying to copy with middle mouse button they show "Currently building: N/A"

Exit to main menu and re-entering updates what I have done in between, but pretty boring having to log in and out all the time to build with control, hehe. And for the record, only concrete walls act like this, and only after release!

The've worked like this FARRRR before release. Still do. If they're working on a fix, its been a long time in the making as this issue was here prior to unreal engine 5.
