7 wasn´t rich in content either... so i guess if you stopped with 6 you should wait for 9 or 1.0
It is true though that I've never been the kind to milk each and every updates
Upgrading the engine is a big deal. That plus some QoL additions (breakers + big poles) isn't the most in terms of content, but it's addressing some long-standing concerns and should smooth out the game.
