update 8 creatures not dropping loot?

anyone else have this issue of the nuclear or other projectile throwing hog not dropping any loot after killed? I've only come across two but both have left nothing to loot.

I could swear sometimes enemies don't drop items, but it's usually just because it dropped somewhere nearby because of some desync problem. Same reason they fake die/stumble/fall over and then teleport elsewhere.

I was wondering where the entrails were too, then i saw a corner of them just peeking out from under the ground. So I think the loot is ending up just under the surface in certain situations depending on the ground.

Yeah, I've been noticing the same thing. Like curtyuiop said, it seems as though their hog remain drops are spawning under the map. Multiple times, I've seen their remains drop in the terrain with just the very top of it visible. You still can't interact with it.

The only time I've been able to pick them up is when I kill the hog while it's in the air or on an incline.

I blow up the hogs, which tosses them in the air, which is "Maybe" why I still find the remains? because they land on the ground because of the airborne hog?
