Latest Nvidia Driver is even worse, somehow.
RTX 3070, just rolled back the driver back. Thinking of going back even further but my system is more stable on the last one I was on so far. For all that is worth. (Which isn't much) I don't recommend the current new driver at all. Black screen issues all over the place, even getting stuck in black screen.

I've installed the December driver again, to see how that plays out. I heard it's a good option lately.
Lately Nvidia drivers are just crap

I've also rolled back drivers to 566.36 from Dec 3 for my RTX 3070. Sees much more stable.
I'm also back on 566.36. RTX-4090.

Me too. Quite a lot have done the same on the posts I've been reading on Reddit.

Not upgrading the driver now until I have to
I had the similar issues, artifacting, random black screens etc, then downgraded (yes, that is my opinion) to windows 11 from windows 10, and for some strange reason I'm getting more fps in all my games, the artifacting and black screen stopped being an issue as well. This whole ordeal smells like programmed obsolescence.

Probably because you're also back on DX11

It seems you skimmed the post and have assumed I'm back on windows 10. This is not the case.

Ah yes I read fast and my brain interpreted downgraded as being 11 to 10.
Well I'm on 11 and using DX12 and have no issues using the December 2024 driver as most are.
