Blueprint designer is confusing me.

When I go to place the wall section I'm trying to design in the blueprint designer it does not align where I am expecting it to.

I tried that, what I ended up doing to make it easy was lay a piece of foundation then attach the wall sections to that.

even with a half meter nudge it's not flush to the edge of the foundation.

That is the way I always do it. I put foundations first....attach everything aligned to the foundations...and if needed remove the foundations when done.
this way you know everything is aligned the way you want and will align the same way when you paste the blueprint on a foundation floor later.
