* Oil -> Heavy Oil Residue (alt) (+ resin, to sink or use elsewhere)
* Water + Canisters -> Packaged Water
* Packaged Water + Heavy Oil Residue -> Packaged Fuel (alt, Diluted Packaged Fuel)
* Packaged Fuel -> Fuel + Canisters
There is no continuing cost of Canisters, you get the same in as out so you can endlessly recycle. But you'll need to pre-make several stacks of Empty Canisters to prepopulate the system. The rule of thumb I use is two stacks for every machine that handles Canisters or packaged liquid, with a buffer container.
if you overclock it to 1,25 the node will gives 300 flow, which is enough for 5 refineries and the most mark 1 pipes will take.
5 refineries gives about 2500 power through 10 fuel generators. 4 is 2000 power through 8.
Hope this helps
thanks for the answers
The conbination of thoses 2 alt recipe allow you to get quadruple fuel than just puting crude oil in a refinery.
i wanna do a basic recipe only walktrough in my main game, but thanks for the advice
Which is a great reason to turn the oil into Rocket fuel. Rocket fuel is a gas , and in this game there are no fluid dynamics to deal with.
