Are you expecting them to just do a blueprint of a singular smelter with a powerpole and a splitter on the input and a merger on the output? Are you then gonna have one for each recipe?
Or will it be the maximum amount of stuff which would fit into the smallest blue print designer?
I'd be down if they wanna make like a blueprint tutorial, where they provide an example you can look at and see if it works when placing it.
But having a default blueprint and every machinetype would be very cluttered, and would take a lot of time for the devs to make.
You can just grab one of the many blueprint packs available online if you want to.
And then the devs should also make saves of finished games available, so that all we have to do is watch them run idly ...
