Then at the end of the game you just sink everything to get those pointless trophies if you really want them.
At least one of them gives an achievement. Which some might argue is pointless, unless you are personally interested in that kind of thing.
AI Expansion Server gives you the dark matter you need to feed into Ballistic Warp Drive.
EDIT: Or maybe more than that. I never sat there and watched them for long.
A container full of them gives roughly 900,000,000 points.
