I usually grab the Boombox from the awesome shop for the turbobass, great for dealing with Crab Flies.
With a Hybertube cannon BP I made, powered by Biomass burners I can get anywhere.... Sometimes I'll use the explorer to get around.
Your going to have to put in a map spanning world electrical network. The power lines can be built at max distance from the top of a tower.
It's slower travel speed but initially its less fuss than trains and hypertubes.
I like the idea of power towers, but since railroads already transport power, I don't think I'll need them.
Agreed
I enjoy exploring so I just ran around building ramps to everything and I had the depot to make it easier to not run out of, nor have to carry, alot of supplies just to run around exploring.
I found this a nice way to explore while the product built in the background and got hard drives which I enjoyed opening alot and getting the reveal of new alternates. I also got other stuff that you find as you run around, on a hard drive hunt, so I had lots to do back at my base camp, with refueling my product creation and doing the reveal stuff, like hard drive reveals and other research.
Less cheaty than using the Flymode in advance settings which I used to use and got completely bored and deleted that save. Never again.
