Hotkey to open up "TODO" list?

Hello. Short version: is there a hotkey to open the TODO list when the only thing in it is your own typed items and NO items are in the todo list?

Longer version: when you add an item count to your "todo" list, then every time you open the builder, on the right of the screen below the "todo" list is an option to EDIT it.

However, if there are no items in that todo list, but only things you've typed in, even when you open the builder, there's no way I see to EDIT the todo list.

What I end up having to do is just enter one item into my todo list that I don't want, the "edit" option shows up, then I can click it, erase that item, and edit my text instead.

So is there a hotkey to open the TODO list - especially when there's only text I've typed in, and no items with the resource requirements?

Press TAB, move mouse to far right of screen, (you will see dark shading) then left click to open. edit: oops, don't know the hotkey, cheers!

Ah ok thanks. It seems to work that way for any screen: map, builder, search and so on: as you said: move the cursor to the right edge, the right edge gets 'shaded', left click (not hold) and it opens up the TODO list.
