then whats the point. blueprints are so you don't have to build the same huge thing over and over again.
All T1, T2 and T3 factories fit inside without making a mess.
E.g. you can fit 2 floors of 8 constructors each, with input and output belts and power cables. Place 10 of those blueprints in a line and connect them together, and you have very quickly just build a block of 160 constructors.
Oh well, there are mods available that make the are much bigger, I recommend just downloading the one that doubles it, it makes it big enough for most application. Anything more than that gets a bit unstable, the game wasn't really built for this kind of thing.
and there are far better blueprint designers as a mod that are not so limited but I have never used them either
my factories I fit more into the landscape and also never look the same.
Many have cheered about the part for me was the peaceful mode much better.

OP, are you expecting to drop an entire super computer production line with one click? Or the final phase elevator parts?
Why wouldn't the player expect to be able to do this?
You can in other factory builder games.
Want a real answer? Because the game would ♥♥♥♥ itself if you attempted to do this. They made a factory game in Unreal Engine, not really an engine designed for those kind of operations. Still doesn't excuse them for making it this small, when it works perfectly fine when you double it's size with a mod... but we're never getting anything like blueprints from Factorio.
