Quality of Life change. Freely rotate on foundations
Would be nice if could be able to rotate freely on foundations since I mostly need diagonal placements on foundations so ned to build around that.

that would defeat the whole purpose of having things on foundations snap to the same grid though

I would prefer having the foundations snap to the center of a foundation and then be able to rotate in 22.5 degree increments.

This would allow going off at angles.

Maybe hold it CTRL or something I mean there is a button for it for a reason when out in nature. Why shouldnt it work on foundations aswell?

I Think this would help with 2 things:
1). Water
2). Trains
