Hover Pack

Greetings, I am starting a second play-through. I have found that from the previous way of playing, I relied on the Hover pack very heavily when building. Does anyone else think that it should be available earlier in the game tiers? Maybe even one just to get you up a little bit in the air to aid in running belts more cleaner in the beginning? Possibly a 3 tier one. That way, in the last tier, you can get up as high like the current one. Just wondering...

There are ramps in Tier 1 and an awesome shop in Tier 2 to get catwalks and ladders which work fine.

You would not be able to afford the electricity before coal. They take 100Mw in use or not if equiped.
Its a challenge before hoverpack for sure, but you can easily get it by a combination of speed running through some tiers and then handcrafting a bunch of stuff to unlock it.
This request is a common one on the devs site and they are reluctant to make any of the early tiers easier to accomplish. So just unlock them all and then go back and make all your factories.

Considering the hoverpack could drain a lot of power early in..it's fine where it's at
