Report a translation problem
E.g. output 1 is set to Any, and output 2 is Overflow. Materials will only flow out of 1 first, and only when that output is full will it flow out of 2
What it does not let you do is ratioed priority - e.g. specific ratios per output, or high/medium/low priorities (like the v1.1 priority merger does).
Try searching - you'll find the same suggestions - same replies - same arguments - same reasons given.

Also, you didn't really go into enough detail, so we had to infer what you meant.
Ah yes, people pointing out that what you want is already in the game = "getting demolished". I suppose that's true, but probably not in the way you meant it.
Valves limit - they don't prioritize.
