Trucks are known to suddenly disappear and fall through the ground.
Thank you so much, it work!!!
Ok i must be missing something.
so i downloaded the scuffed save from steam cloud, i then used the interactive map to edit the vehicles. I saved the edited save file to my desktop. I want to get that edited save file into my steam cloud.
%LOCALAPPDATA%FactoryGame\Saved\Savegame doesn't exist on my computer except the edited save i just downloaded to my desktop. Forgive my stupidity i just cannot find saves on my hard drive.
%LOCALAPPDATA%\FactoryGame\Saved\Savegame
Ther is a \ missing
Rather than delete it, my system is to place a foundation with an item close to/on top of the vehicle position (in game, don't know if you can do it in the interactive map). Open up the item's information and copy it's location information onto the vehicle. Remove the foundation and the item. If you load that save now the vehicle will spawn at the new location just above the ground.
Especially handy if your vehicle is carrying materials (like my Explorer that was carrying 3 Hard Drives when it disappeared on me) or your vehicle has this 10-minute waypoint system attached to it that you don't want to repeat.
Thanks man, you saved my truck filled to the brim with building materials. Looks like it already was hundreds of km into the depth :)
Also figured that I had one water pump not connected to the power grid and deleted several concrete slabs, walkways and storage containers used as ladders which I left on the map.
