Jump and fall pads are totally worthless. Worthless things make me sad.

1) It's impossible to die from fall damage from 100 health. Therefore, the fall pad is worthless. Unless you make falling actually dangerous/lethal, well, this will NEVER be useful.

2) The jump pad only serves to help you get around before you have blade runners. And it's really not that impressive. It legit needs to be made 3x more powerful, at the minimum.

3) Both of them take power, power is a premium early on, which is only when you'll use it. Nobody uses them because they take power.

i have never used them so you are probably correct but i will add that early game it is far better to save on fall damage then to accept you will use a health inhaler as they aren't the easiest thing to mass produce

actually yes. if it's just fall damage, and you are at 100% health you are taken to 1 hp

CAP, I die all the time running out of jet pack fuel while building a tower or something and not getting my parachute on fast enough.. They just not getting up high enough LMAO

I would've thought it was the other way around. The jump pads can help you move up in your factory very quickly, while the jellypads are unnecessary when you have the parachute.

True, for the fun and for memes, never for a reliable vehicle route, since tiny variations in the driving path will lead to disaster, which leads to unreliability - the last thing you want in satisfactory.
