Didn't even notice this but I'm guessing because its very slow and soft and kind of goes against the hussle and bussle theme of the game

I've tried to contact Nick Johnson who may be the Author of the song, but so far I've no more info as to why the song was apparently removed.

it might be possible the songs author requested it be removed. otherwise I cant think of any reason why it wouldnt still be there,
