Zipline change?
Hi guys,
hacking away at 1.0 is so much fun and a bit weird when you suddenly see slight terrain changes but that adds to the charm.
So with such changes in the back of my mind, I have to ask a strange question:

Was the zipline tool changed? Its my favorite mode of transportation but in 1.0 I feel like it is a bit different from Update 8. Before I could jump around a power pole before I reach it with alot of air time. Now I feel the jumps are smaller and the zipline tool snaps more often back to the wire leading me to bonk my head against the poles.
We will unlock power towers soon and there is no bonking there, but I just loved to speed fly with the ziptool around, but somehow its not the same anymore.

Hallucination? Mandela effect? Illuminati? Mean snutt prank? Does someone else notice it?

Might be a side effect of the movement change that made slide jumps less useful.

On the positive side, there's cool blue sparks now!

Yeah, certainly is more 'snappy'. I find it encourages me to use it manually rather than the auto mode.

Once I got Blueprints unlocked I made these so I don't have to the jump off thing
Wall outlet at the end of the conveyor wall bracket, kinda looking like a real power pole

Are those just flying wall outlets or does this include the lamp posts? I play with someone that values astetics so I will near get those approved :D

So the pole power only blueprint is a Pole Power with a Conveyor Wall mount, and then a Wall outlet placed at the end, the light pole just has a street light clipped into the Power Pole.
The conveyor wall mount makes it look like the Wall plug is attached to the end of it, so the don't look like they are floating
