You dont even see viruses today so windows defender is your "antivirus". Add in something actualy usefull like Malwarebytes that protect from real threats and you are good.
File is perfectly trusted, it's antivirus that don't think so.
You need to mark it as trusted or change antivirus.
If you don't trust security of file, you can upload the file to online services that check it with many different antivirus and you'll see that AVG/ avast consider it as a virus, while other 50 antivirus doesn't.
It is up to the devs to ensure the files are safe and not flagged as viruses
"Delete useles, ♥♥♥♥♥ parody to antivirus" is not bad advice. And its not cuz it "detected" something in this game, its cuz its plain trash piece of software.
