Has anyone been able to find this Mercer Sphere?

I have located a Mercer Sphere in the Rocky Desert with the scanner, but there doesn't seem to be anything there. Usually, this means it's in a cave, but I can't see any cave entrance nearby.

Satisfactory Calculator shows the location of the Mercer Sphere corresponding to where my scanner indicates it is, also with no cave highlighted in the area. It says the coordinates are: -221,844/-88,194 Altitude: -16m.

Can anyone tell me how to get this one, or is it a bug?

It's a tiny cave entrance. Might've been hidden behind a mineable resource deposit.

There's some caves where you can only enter sliding on the ground, crouch while running to do it.

On the south side of the little hill between the rivers there is a cracked rock you need to destroy with the Nobelisk. If you haven't unlocked that yet just put a marker down and do it later, that's my plan. I wouldn't expect Satisfactory Calculator to be 100% accurate with new caves for a while.

Thank you. That was essentially it. There's some destructible rocks that are nearly level with the ground that block the cave entrance. I never thought to check for destructible rocks looking like that. Now I'll know for the future.

The cave entrance is at -2290, -855 on in-game map (game version 1.0). You need Nobelisk to destroy the wall.

Type the coordinates 600, 550 into your map in game, you need to drop off the ledge South-East of the pools and face due West to see the location.
